Delivery and Planting
The low-bark Nam Doc Mai mango and longkong seedlings were scheduled to be delivered the next day. The downside to setting up the farm was that there was no concept of customer service like in the US where you can expect delivery to your door. We had to work with transporting the goods from the pier to Dalaguete. We rented a truck for a day which caused us about ~ $220 and hired people to help with moving.
Here’s a picture of the delivery truck with the people who helped us move.
After the delivery, no time was wasted to plant the mangoes and longkong at the site. The picture below shows the temps planting the mango seedlings. The longkong lanzones are shown with an improvised sun shield made of bamboo and rice sack. It’s important that the Longkong seedlings are shielded from the sun since they can’t take too much of it.

I’d like to go to your weblog extra often however these days it seems to be taking forever to come up. I go to from work, and our connection there may be fairly good. Do you think the problem could possibly be on your finish?
I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you make this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz answer back as I’m looking to design my own blog and would like to know where u got this from. thank you
Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.
Oh man! This site is cool! How can I make it look like this !?
