Think Rich Quick Seminar/workshop
There will be a TRQ seminar this April and we are planning to go. I wanted to make sure that this is a good deal at least and not spend Php6500 (~$150) on crappy info that I might already know. So I started to look for reviews for this thing but I haven’t really found a comprehensive review of some sort. I guess we’ll have to go through the whole thing blindly. I will try to do a review.

it is not as simple as this guy puts it. he just shows you the ropes, but you still have to work and sweat for it. Just like in any business, you can make a living if you work hard, pray hard, and having good luck also helps.
I’m not sure if you are talking about the same guy, but I had an offer from someone offering a 2-day seminar somewhere in Q.C. for 6 thousand pesos. Is this the same one?
Yes, this guy is still new, so we still do not know how reputable his info is, or if this is the next scam. Your feedback and review of this seminar will be highly anticipated.
Hi Pinoy, from what I’ve been seeing in the videos, I think that there’s merit (how much i don’t know yet) in Trace Trajano’s seminar. but what i would like to know is the success rate. What % of the people who went for the past workshops actually succeeded. I keep hearing the same successful people’s names over and over again which make me wonder whether that’s IT.
Any review so far from among those who attended the seminar? They now have a new program where you have to invest money with a 10% annual return under One Seven Holdings Unlimited, Inc. How about the success rate from among the seminar attendees? Any realible facts and statistics regarding value for money paid for the seminar.
Hi Sia, I’ve talked to about 2-3 people in the buyfirstdeal chatroom after the seminar. I’ve talked with a newbie like myself and we were both disappointed about the seminar. You go there and expect some answers but you won’t get any. You will have to pay MORE for that privilege. Most of the topics they talked about are already in the buyfirstdeal website. There maybe some additional stuff but it won’t really help you get started quickly. The most important thing to know like how to get the market values will not be discussed. You want that info? You need to pay. You want to be in the apprentice challenge? You need to pay. Because of this, I’m really skeptical about their goal of a million Filipino millionaires. If they really want to help, then, they should drop their fees. One guy I talked to said that — ” what is php6k if you will become a millionaire?”. I told him, “I want value for my TIME and MONEY. I don’t care if its php1k or php6k as long as i get value”.
Success rate? I didn’t see any documents in the buyfirstdeal website about success rates? If you listen to the videos posted in youtube, the ones mentioned are always the same names. So I don’t know, really.
Thanks for the info Vanny! Insights provided here would save a first timer like me, who would want to attend the seminar that I thought will be worth my time and money. I got many real estate information from here, that I want to share.
